Pamukkale - Hierapolis and Lake Salda

You will definitely not get bored while traveling to Pamukkale - the views of the famous Taurus Mountains will delight your eyes.
Having stopped at the white wonder of nature, you will admire the famous Pamukkale mineral terraces with azure water pools, multi-colored oleanders and water streams. You will visit the ancient city of Hierapolis with a theater, Roman baths and a luxurious necropolis. The city was destroyed by strong earthquakes many times thousands of years ago, and rebuilt many times.
We will spend as much as 3.5 hours in Pamukkale - you will have free time to explore Hierapolis with a tour guide or on your own. Finally, Cleopatra's Pool is already open! Additional fee 12 euros.
We will visit a local winery - here you can get acquainted with the wine traditions of the region and, if you wish, purchase local Pamukkale wine.
And our final stop before returning to the hotels, Lake Salda - one of the cleanest and deepest freshwater lakes of tectonic origin in Turkey, with a depth of as much as 184 meters. Due to the sodium carbonate and magnesium structures secreted by bacteria found in it, the water acquires a clear color, which is why the lake is called the Maldives of Turkey. Unfortunately, swimming in the lake is not possible.
